Our programs are designed with employers in mind and are focused on teaching the skills that are most important to starting a career. Not only technical but also important behavioral skills are part of the Generation programs.
Learner Support
You benefit from tailored mentoring support provided on a 1:1 basis.
We want to see our learners succeed and our mentors are on-hand throughout your Generation journey whenever you need them. Providing CV writing help, interview guidance as well as being there even if you just need to chat. The team is with you, every step of the way.

The Generation alumni community is a global network and incredible way to connect with others. Through this community, you can give and receive support from others who have been on the same journey as you through Generation programs.
Dasha’s Story: Searching for a path
After graduating from high school, Dasha did not attend college due to financial and health constraints. “I really didn’t have any goals, and I feel like I didn’t have those goals because I didn’t have opportunities,” Dasha says. “If I think back to a year from today, now I’m a completely different person. I never thought I’d be in this field or growing this much in my career.”

How do I apply for a program?
Navigate to the program page for your desired career, have a read through and make sure this is the program for you. Once you are sure this is the right path to take, select the “Apply Now” button. If there is an option to register your interest instead of to apply, this means that applications for that program are not currently open. If you register your interest for a program you will be the first to know when applications in your area do open via email.
Am I guaranteed a place on the program once I have applied?
There are limited spaces available on each program and therefore we cannot guarantee you a place on a program after you apply. To put yourself in the best position make sure you complete your application in a timely manner and show your enthusiasm for your chosen profession.
How much does the program cost?
Our programs are free for all learners as they are funded by our incredible partners.
