Our mission at Generation USA is to prepare, place, and support Learners into life-changing careers that would otherwise be inaccessible, especially those that identify as female and those in communities of color.

A Generation program is not simply taking a tech training program online. It’s participating and immersing into a community of support and accountability before, during, and after completing the program. The Generation USA team works alongside learners to ensure they gain the technical skills, while also integrating the behavioral skills and mindsets needed to not just land the job, but to also keep it.

And our goals align with our mission:

• To create access in the workforce by providing online education, certifications, and professional development at no cost to those communities that need it.
• To build equity in the workforce by fostering a coalition of partners who are committed to our learners’ chance at economic prosperity for them and their families.
• And finally, to make an impact by closing the opportunity gap, not just for this generation, but for generations to come.
