    INTERVIEW

    You'll be redirected to a 3rd party platform, HireVue, to complete a video interview. The interview helps us get to know you a bit more and allows you to tell us the things your application doesn't say.

    ADMISSIONS REVIEW

    Your complete application, assessments, and interview will be reviewed by an admissions counselor who will determine your eligibility. Next, complete the support questionnaire. This helps us better understand specific needs.

  6. 6

    ADMISSIONS DECISION

    You will be notified via email once a decision has been made regarding your admission and next steps.

Requirements

  • Have earned a high school diploma or GED
  • Be 18 years or older at the start of the program
  • Available M-F, 9AM-5PM local time for in-class hours
  • Lives within 60 miles of Tampa (proof of address required)
  • If planning to pursue employment then the applicant must be authorized to work in the U.S.

What is Digital Executive Assistant?

Digital Executive Assistants (DEA) provide administrative support to assigned consultants and partners by managing their schedules, emails, travel arrangements and setting up their appointments. They plan, organize, coordinate, and control all administrative and operational procedures, activities, and documentation. DEAs also collaborate with other colleagues, clients and external administrative assistants in creating a smooth workflow of ongoing tasks. The end goal of this function is to help consultants become more productive by organizing and leveraging their time effectively.

  • Act as the point of contact among Consultants, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage Consultants’ calendars and set up meetings
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements as per company policy
  • Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
  • Plan client and internal meetings, conference calls, conferences/events and lunches/dinners
