Despite national conversations about gender diversity in tech, women are still underrepresented, underpaid, and often discriminated against in the tech industry, numbers show.

Kristi Hoffmaster, a Teaching Assistant from our IT Support Specialist program in partnership with Spartanburg Methodist College is an advocate for women in tech. With over 20 years experience in the IT field, we sat down to discuss the challenges and the ways in which we can uplift women in tech further.
