What does a Digital Administrator Do?

Digital Administrators (DAs) are equipped with the skills to take on multiple administrative and support roles across a wide range of organizations and industries. They provide high-level administrative support to teams and executives by planning, organizing and coordinating schedules, emails, travel arrangements and other vital operational procedures.

McKinsey & Company is a management consulting firm opening up their offices in Tempe, AZ. Graduates will have the opportunity to interview for a select number of full-time Executive Assistant roles.

If selected for the McKinsey & Company opportunity, graduates must be able to commute to their office in Tempe, AZ. This is a hybrid opportunity with days spent in office and remote each week. Those who are selected will be on-boarding at McKinsey from 9 AM – 5 PM during the last 4 days of the program while simultaneously completing their learning from 5:30 – 9:30 PM.

The Learning Process

Online Instruction

Introduction to new topics will be covered by instructors and teaching assistants. They will cover topics through a combination of lecture and live training.

Mentored Exercises

Apply your understanding of these new topics by doing - but don't worry, you'll have access to instructors and teaching assistants if/when you need guidance. On average, 75% of our programs are practice vs. instruction.

Real-World Experience

What good is all this knowledge if you can't apply it? By the end of this program, you will have gained more than 100 hours of training for your next career.

    We will ask questions to better understand you, your interests and how we can support you.

    This step is only applicable for certain programs. Our assessments gauge the skills and logic required by some of our programs to ensure you are prepared and positioned to succeed from Day 1 of the bootcamp.

    You’ll be redirected to a third-party platform, HireVue, to complete a video interview. This stage helps us get a better sense of who you are, why you are interested in Generation and what you think it will take to be successful.

    Your dedicated Enrollment Coach will review your application materials within 3 business days to help make an admissions decision and set up additional time to dig deeper, if necessary.

  6. 6


    Once admitted to Generation USA, you will be able to save your seat in one of our upcoming programs.

  7. 7


    To keep your spot within your chosen cohort, you must complete this final step to be enrolled. This helps us direct you toward the support you’ll need most to be successful and does NOT affect your ability to join a program.

What is required?

  • Live within 50 miles of Tempe, AZ, Tampa, FL or Atlanta, GA
  • Have earned a high school diploma or GED
  • Be 18 years or older
  • Available for the mandatory class days/times
  • If planning to pursue employment then the applicant must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • If planning to pursue employment with employer partner, applicant must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
  • Must be proficient in English
  • Must be willing to consent to a background check
