Boot-camp Style Instruction
With twice as much practice as instruction, all of our sessions include interactive activities. Our training integrates technical, behavioral, and mindset skills, focusing on those that matter most for graduates to hit the ground running on their first day on the job.
Learner Support
We aim to enhance our learner’s quality of life in a variety of ways — emotional, physical, and social well-being. Generation supports and empowers students by connecting them to resources that will help achieve both their personal and professional goals.
Community
Generation aims to develop networks in which students and graduates can come together socially, nurturing a supportive environment. For graduates, we believe a robust alumni program can help create accountability to keep up good habits built during training and after training. It can also offer a safe place to share their personal and work experiences.
