Register Interest

Generation’s Customer Service Supervisor Online program provides the training, mentorship, and social support necessary for you to advance your retail or customer service career. Graduates receive a $150 completion bonus.

This program is designed for students who are currently working in a retail or customer facing role, and want to advance to management and supervisor roles.

Classes are slated to begin late Spring 2020. By choosing “register interest” your name will be placed on a waiting list for future classes.

    Video Conference Interview

    Generation wants to support you and connect you to resources that will help you focus on learning. We will use this video call to learn about your experience and goals. We'll also go over the program requirements, times, and dates of class.

    Performance Assessment

    Take a short online assessment to give us an idea of your baseline knowledge in customer services.

    Reference Check

    You will provide Supervisor or Manager contact information. Generation staff will share about the program and ask behavioral questions about your workplace performance.

    Online Orientation

    Our online learning platform allows you to learn and grow on your own schedule. Join our online orientation to learn more about how to use the digital programs and connect with our staff to be successful in the course.

  • Have earned a high school diploma or GED
  • Be 18 years of age or older when the program starts
  • Be currently employed and in good standing at a retail, customer-facing, hospitality, or other similar service role

Leadership Opportunity: Become a Cohort Leader

During the second week of class, all students, mentors and instructors vote to select a Cohort Leader who will foster community among students and work closely with the city’s Alumni Ambassadors. Cohort Leaders represent Generation behaviors, skills, and mindsets. This person exhibits a high-level of professionalism, engagement with instructional content, and a strong interest in building relationships with fellow classmates. The voluntary Cohort Leader position provides a pathway to becoming an Alumni Ambassador. This position also provides visibility to partners and employers, as well, as national recognition, opportunities and involvement with Generation at a local and national level.
