Generation Hospitality Worker Program

Join our free 5-week program to begin your hospitality career — no experience needed. This program offers you the opportunity to learn all you need to be successful in a customer and guest relations role – from the technical knowledge to the soft skills that will help you achieve your potential. At the end of the program, Generation supports graduates with applying to and interviewing with international hotel groups.

What is a Hospitality Worker?

The friendly face who greets you at the hotel front desk? That employee is a hospitality worker. These professionals are skilled communicators who can make any guest feel like a VIP. Hospitality workers are often employed in roles where they work directly with guests, helping them with reservations and rooms. They can also help guests as a concierge, who may recommend restaurants, attractions, and help with transportation needs. Some hospitality workers also staff hotel stores, restaurants, and spas.
