At each United States program, dedicated staff members work with students to ensure they reach graduation.
Across the globe, tens of thousands of students have graduated from Generation programs.
of Generation USA graduates remain in the same job one year after placement.
Generation programs are free for students, and many offer paid stipends.
Where the West Begins
The Lone Star State has always enjoyed doing things a little differently, and the city of Dallas continues to blaze new trails. Among the country's largest metro areas, Dallas leads the pack with job creation. In order to ensure that youth in Dallas have the opportunities and skills to join Dallas' growing economy, Generation has launched three programs in Dallas since 2017. A customer care agent program hosted at the Starbucks Community Store at Red Bird Mall connects young adults with the retail and hospitality industries, while a first-of-its-kind machine operator program with Stanley Black & Decker trains young people for careers in advanced manufacturing. Current retail and service industry employees can advance their careers through the customer service supervisor program.
