Where our graduates work
What is a Hospitality Worker?
The friendly face who greets you at the hotel front desk? That employee is a hospitality worker. These professionals are skilled communicators who can make any guest feel like a VIP. Hospitality workers are often employed in roles where they work directly with guests, helping them with reservations and rooms. They can also help guests as a concierge, who may recommend restaurants, attractions, and help with transportation needs. Some hospitality workers also staff hotel stores, restaurants, and spas.
